Gregory Nassar

I pride myself in providing excellent communication and exclusive interpersonal client support, which I believe is what separates my services from others. I believe direct and immediate contact, along with personal knowledge of each client's case, is crucial to the success of my legal representation to my clients..
My practice is focused on civil litigation, specifically focusing on financial relief (i.e., debt relief and bankruptcies) and personal injury (i.e., auto/motorcycle accidents, "slip and fall" premise liability type cases). The years of practice which has led me to focus on these areas of law have provided me with experience in a variety of other legal matters. Having such additional experiences allows me to evaluate and possibly represent clients who seek legal representation in legal matters outside of my primary focus.
I graduated from the University of California in 2003 with two Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law & Society. Subsequently, I graduated with a Juris Doctorate with a focus in business litigation from Western State University, College of Law in May 2006. In 2006, I was admitted to the California State Bar and subsequently admitted into the Washington State Bar association. Additionally, I am a member of the Central District Court of California and the Southern District of California.
Concurrently, during the time of my academia and thereafter, I gained approximately ten years of experience as a law enforcement officer in Southern California, which helps me provide my clients with an understanding of criminal law, if needed. Additionally, I have over three years of experience working with three different law firms located in Orange County specializing in civil litigation, medical malpractice and criminal law. My experience in law enforcement coupled with my legal education and experience has afforded me with rare and unique well-rounded knowledge of overlapping areas of law, which I am able to apply to all my cases.
