    $750 plus court fees ($335), requires spouse to cooperate. Does not include stipulation if there are children, marital property or pensions to distribute.

  • USCIS Spouse Petition and Adjustment of Status ($900.00)

    Review of I-130, I-485, I-864 and associated forms and review documentation and good faith affidavit preparation and review and tracked submission to lock box, and follow up until approval. No extra charges for standard RFEs. Does not include attending interview.

  • Basic WIll, Durable POA and HCP ($300.00)

    Will prepare basic will (without complex provisions, testamentary or pour over trust) and execute Will with two witnesses and complete witness affidavits and provide client with original Will, Health Car Proxy and durable Power of Attorney (must be signed by agent with notarized signature) according to client instructions.

  • Prenuptial agreement drafting ($750.00)

    Will review your needs regarding assets, wishes regarding Equitable Distribution and Marital Property issues under New York law and draft prenuptial agreement to be reviewed by finance(e) legal/financial adviser(s). Does not include extensive negotiations, document revisions or out of office closings which are billed at $240 per hour.
