We will prepare and file a trademark application. Our fee includes the trademark office filing fee.
We will prepare and file the initial certificate, prepare organizational minutes, bylaws, stock record, and minute book. Flat fee includes state filing fee and other disbursements, except advertising charges (which are required in NY for LLC's but not for corporations, and are not required in other states). Fee does not include obtaining the employers identification number, which he handle at the client's option for an additional fee of $150
