Ward Davison

The careful application of specific facts to relevant law in a persuasive manner, combined with the threat of trial and the ability to follow through, yields the best results for both civil and criminal matters.

After graduating from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law as a member of the National Order of Barristers, Ward Davison went to work for the Trial Psychology Institute and later American Airlines. Following American Airline's successful merger with United Airlines, Davison decided to open his own firm in Austin, TX.

In the first year of Ward Davison's solo practice he focused mainly on criminal law. Mr. Davison quickly became interested in Real Estate law and general civil litigation over the 2013 year. In 2014 he had several articles published in the Texas Bar Journal and gave a lecture to the Clerk's College on Expunctions and Orders of Non-Disclosure.

Most of Mr. Davison's clients are fighting for their personal or economic freedom against large State or Corporate entities.

  • Expunctions & Orders of Non-Disclosure ($1,500.00)

Expunctions & Orders of Non-Disclosures legally clear or seal all criminal records relating to a certain charge or arrest. Not all charges or people are eligible. Give me a call and I'll let you know if you're eligible for either.

  • Misdemeanor Criminal Charges ($2,500.00)

This can range from petty theft to DWI to assault to drug charges. Every charge is different, every case is different and the tools and time required to reach the best possible result are different. Call me and we can discuss fees. I have a range of fees set for most types of cases and will give you a lower quote if your case seems to be easier to manage. The typical range is $1000 - $4500.

  • Real Estate Sale Contract Review ($400.00)

When involved in a real property sale sometimes people have special concerns or add special conditions. The purchase or sale of real property/real estate is often the largest transaction by contract a person commits to in their lifetime. Many feel that the extra expense of having an attorney explain the exact details of that contract to be well worth the peace of mind...and sometimes tens of thousands of dollars.
