  • Tenant Eviction - Possession Only ($250.00)

    For a flat-fee, you will receive: • An attorney-prepared and filed complaint seeking possession of the unit only •Legal representation in court at all hearings •Lodging of the order for possession with the sheriff for physically removing the tenant from the unit Note: The flat-fee does not include any court fees such as for filing the complaint, any process server fees, or Sheriff's fees for service of process or carrying out the eviction order.

  • Tenant Eviction - Possession & Unpaid Rent ($500.00)

    For a flat fee you will receive: • An attorney drafted and filed complaint seeking both possession of the unit and a judgment for any unpaid rent •Legal representation in court at all hearings •Lodging of the order for possession with the sheriff for physically removing the tenant from the unit NOTE: The flat fee does Not include court fees such as for filing the complaint, any process server fees, or Sheriff's fees for either service of process or carrying out the eviction order.

  • Contract Review - up to 5 pages ($100.00)

    For the flat fee, you will get an attorney review of your contract for any and all problematic terms, worrisome language, and anything else you are concerned about, as well as comments/suggestions for potential changes to the agreement.

  • Creation of a Will ($500.00)

    Except in cases of complex estates*, you can get an attorney-drafted will for a low flat-rate of only $500. The flat-rate includes: •1 hour consultation to discuss the Will and your wishes for how the property is distributed •Questionnaire(s) to help gather information necessary for the drafting of the Will •The drafting of the Will plus 1 revision (if necessary) •The organization of the Will execution ceremony * Generally, estates involving a business or the creation of a living trust, or cases where tax savings or avoidance are desired will be considered complex. However, whether a testator's estate is considered complex or not will be determined on a case-by-case basis, after consultation with William Mazur and the submission of any questionnaire(s). The fees for Wills distributing complex estates will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Expungement/Sealing Criminal Record ($200.00)

    For the flat-fee, you will receive: • An attorney consultation to determine whether or not you are eligible to have your criminal record expunged or sealed • An attorney-drafted petition to seal/expunge your criminal record and the accompanying notice and order documents
